Lingerie Consultant

Job Duties:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and email in a pleasant and professional manner
• Take orders over the phone
• Answer product and sizing questions via phone and email
• Maintain an updated list of backorders and contact customers regarding due dates and alternate suggestions
• Issue Return Authorizations
• Process exchanges
• Track lost shipments
• Communicate with shipping department and/or FedEx regarding lost orders

Skills/Experience:

• Professional and friendly with strong phone presence
• Computer literate – must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, various email programs, internet/tech savvy
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a stable work history
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Able to troubleshoot and make decisions
• Mature and responsible
• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
