Customer Service Representatives:

Do you love helping people?  Does pleasing customers makes you happy?  Are you willing to exceed, rather that just meet customer expectations?  Can you turn a problem or complaint into a loyal customer?  Are you willing to build relationships with customers?
We are looking for someone who really, truly enjoys working in an office and helping customers.  Our ideal candidate has an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude, and is looking for a long-term stable position with a growing company.  Must be mature, responsible, organized and friendly; a self-starter who is able to take initiative, make decisions and follow through on projects.
Job Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and email in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Accept and process orders by phone, by mail and online
  • Answer product and sizing questions over phone and via e-mail
  • Handle credit card verifications, fraud screening, and order processing
  • Check order status, follow up with customers on back orders and pending orders
  • Issue RAs, handle returns, exchanges, order tracking
  • Some general office and light filing
Skills/Experience:
  • Professional and friendly with strong phone presence
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a stable work history
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently, troubleshoot
  • Mature and responsible
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
