- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and email in a pleasant and professional manner
- Accept and process orders by phone, by mail and online
- Answer product and sizing questions over phone and via e-mail
- Handle credit card verifications, fraud screening, and order processing
- Check order status, follow up with customers on back orders and pending orders
- Issue RAs, handle returns, exchanges, order tracking
- Some general office and light filing
- Professional and friendly with strong phone presence
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a stable work history
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently, troubleshoot
- Mature and responsible
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
