This two layer petticoat is made of soft, sheer nylon layers with a ruffle trim hemline and spandex top for a good fit.  Wear it lower on your hips for a longer, mid-thigh length or higher up around your waist under a corset for a flirty ballerina or French Maid look.  Waist to hem is 16".  This versatile petticoat can be worn layered with two colors, as an accessory with corsets, leggings and costumes. Queen size comfortably fits 1X-4X (really!)
